Weekly Report from Boulder
Yes! We made it through another fund drive. Again our Dead Marathon at
the end did well so that we wound up raising $114,000 on our way to our
goal of $135,000. This is our most successful on-air fundraiser ever!
Now we begin our "soft" drive, where we remind those who tuned away during
the drive or didn't make the pledge that we are counting on them. I am
confident that this will take us over the top.
Thanks again to all of you who helped out with premiums for the drive. Our
listeners were very pleased with the quality of premiums and choices we
have. The selection was a good representation of our diverse programming.
Now back to the task of unburying my office and trying to get back on top
of the workload. I'll be here all week, so I do hope everyone going to CMJ
has a great time!
