Nov 30: Papa Juke

"Papa Juke is what happens when four dynamic veteran musicians join forces to create a diverse mix of hot original blues flavored music. Papa Juke is blues with a difference, blues with a heritage, blues with an attitude. Their intoxicating and infectious original sound is courageously creative and enticingly danceable. Their heartfelt live performances are both hauntingly memorable and contagiously fun loving"

Nov 16: GLOAM

GLOAM IS: An android renaissance of quixotic quaking urns, exquisite shadows, a floating drummer, a blue face haunting a keyboard, an anonymous eye a strum-strumming hum-humming, sin-singing bur-burning at twilight, exposed nerves raw, a lesion in the head drum, a reminder that we're alive, open ears at prison doors, singing to melt duality, ubiquitous narration, scourge of guitar and tambor, harmonious cacaphony, a thorn through the flesh, a crib of bones, an undated tombstone:Silence died here, song of liquid spirits merging forces, family of barnacles on oblivion's belly, synesthesia, spitting music like watermelon seeds that land like grenades, belonging to change, sound making love to itself, demuzzling demons.

Nov 9: The Legendary Ralph Gean

Few individuals alive have had as longstanding or committed a relationship to rock n' roll as Ralph F. Gean. Even fewer can claim to have led lives remotely as multi-faceted, colorful and downright weird as the man otherwise known as "The Star Trekkin' Rock n' Roll Cowboy." Ralph's been writing, performing and recording his own music pretty much non-stop since the mid 1950s, and began his career opening arena shows alongside the big names of the day; but 50 years later, rather than enjoying the fruits of decades of fame and success, Ralph instead remains in relative obscurity, largely unknown except to devoted fans of "outsider" music. Ralph's never abandoned his lifelong dream of rock n' roll glory, even as he now enters his late 60s.

Nov 2: Jim Adam Blues Duo

When John Stilwagen joins in with Big Jim Adam, it's a tasty blend of down home country sensibility and big city style. John's expertise on the keys adds a whole lot a flavor. These two make for some great music that borders on too much fun.
