Music Specials for the Spring Drive
KGNU will be presenting a few specials during our Spring Membership Drive. Join us for a look at the music and life of Tom Waits. There will be live performances from Madame Andrews, Debajo Del Agua, and more. Join us on St. Patrick's Day for a celebration on the Morning Sound Alternative. And, we'll finish off the drive with our traditional Grateful Dead special.

KGNU's Spring Membership Goal is $200,000 and 2200 members. Pledge now to keep your favorite station thriving! The KGNU office will be open Saturdays during the drive, as well as March 27, 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. for pledge fulfillment and premium pick-ups.

Palestinian-American Poet Lisa Suhair Majaj
Please join us as KGNU and Rocky Mountain Peace and Justice Center welcome this widely-published Palestinian-American poet and scholar to Boulder. Born in Iowa in 1960, Majaj grew up in Jordan. She earned her BA from the American University of Beirut and two MAs from the University of Michigan. In addition to poetry, Majaj also writes critical essays on literature and women.
