News & Public Affairs Schedule Changes On Monday September 8th, KGNU made some changes to our afternoon program schedule.On Monday afternoons, we air the Ralph Nader Radio Hour from 3:30-4:30 PM, and on Thursdays, we air The Thom Hartmann Show from 3:30-4:30 PM.On October 3rd, Feature Story News is discontinuing production of its daily news show. KGNU will continue to broadcast Community Public Radio News at 5:30 in the afternoon Monday through Thursday and starting next week, we will also broadcast it at 5:30 in the morning Tuesday through Friday.As always, we want our listeners' feedback about this and any other programming you hear on KGNU, as we continue to strive towards providing quality news programing in the mornings and afternoons. The play focuses on Goldman's 50th birthday, June 27, 1919, spent in jail. "Beautiful Radiant Things" was written by former KGNU station manager Marty Durlin, now residing in Paonia. Palestinian-American Poet Lisa Suhair Majaj Please join us as KGNU and Rocky Mountain Peace and Justice Center welcome this widely-published Palestinian-American poet and scholar to Boulder. We're upgrading our transmitter KGNU is upgrading our 88.5 FM transmitter to a state-of-the-art digital transmitter, which will necessitate taking that signal and the 93.7 FM translator signal in Nederland off the air. She was a US diplomat for 16 years and served in Nicaragua, Somalia, Afghanistan and more. She was one of only 3 US Department of State officials to resign in opposition to the war in Iraq.
