The Board of Directors is the licensee of the station and is legally responsible for it.

Membership
 KGNU is seeking additional board members. Your energy and commitment may help guide our community radio station into the future.
If you are familiar with KGNU and share our vision of diverse community radio, you may be just the person we are looking for. If interested, please print out, fill and send us this application (rtf, opens with many applications). If you want us to mail you an application, Call us or email us.
If accepted, you will be asked to sign this Letter of Agreement (pdf).
  
Meetings
 The Board meets on the second Tuesday of every month, at 6pm. During even numbered months, meetings are held at our Denver studios. During odd numbered months, they are held at the Boulder studios.
The Board's annual meeting is held at the November meeting. This meeting is when the officers are elected for the coming year.
Meeting time and location are announced in the Events section of the home page.
The meetings are open to the public.
