KGNU Friday Morning Connections Kathy Partridge Kathy Partridge's involvement with KGNU began with the women's program Feminist Frequencies in 1982. Since then she's been co-producer of Hemispheres and Live at the Trident, and co-anchored special coverage of Rocky Flats protests, Congressional Hearings, Day 1 of the Iraqi Invasion, and the 2004 Election. Her work has appeared on Pacifica and the Women's International Newsgathering Service. She represented KGNU at the AMARC international radio conference in Nicaragua in 1988, and served on the KGNU Program Committee as well as search committees. Kathy is the Development Director of the Colorado News Connection, and its parent organizations Public News Service and Media in the Public Interest. She's worked for a variety of Colorado, national and international non-profit organizations including Community Food Share, Eco-Cycle, and Global Response. She was a Program Officer at the Needmor Fund for a decade, granting to community organizing efforts nationwide. Kathy's academic work in Peace and Conflict Studies, with a B.A. from the University of Colorado and a Master's Degree in process at Regis University. Roger J. Wendell Connections Webmaster
