KGNU Celebrates 8 Years Broadcasting on 1390AM
|
KGNU is celebrating 8 years in Denver on 1390am with a live Blues Legacy and TV simulcast with Denver Open Media. Tune in, or stop by, for the fantastic Ricky Earl Band, featuring Cherise, who should be familiar to regular listeners.
The Ricky Earl Band will perform from 8 to 9pm, with KGNU volunteers assisting Denver Open Media's broadcast. Meanwhile Zion SoulJahz Sound System will be jamming live dub in the parking lot from 5 to 10pm. Its all happening at KGNU's Denver Studio, 700 Kalamath Street, just off 6th Ave and Santa Fe. Its the First Friday on Santa Fe, so there will be many cool galleries and other spaces to wander before and after.
