Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Boulder Community Broadcast Association, Inc.
September 27, 2002

Call to order at 6:15

Board members in attendance: Arleigh, Phil Dougan, Chip Grandits, Gabrielle Silva, Tracy Miller, Steven Sherman-Boemker, Nile Southern, Paul Mischo, and Marty Durlin [ex-officio]

Public and volunteers in attendance: Jim Ciarlo and Clover

The board met in special session to consider buying down the mortgage an additional $25,000-$50,000 over the $100,000 amount approved at the previous board meeting and proposed in the 2002-2003 budget. After discussion and consideration of additional information, Chip Grandits moved that the mortgage be bought down by an additional $50,000 for a total of $150,000 to be paid at the end of September. Gabrielle Silva seconded the motion, and it was passed unanimously.
